Shipping

Where I ship:
I ship within the UK only, this is to reduce the impact Belle’s Fairy Beads has on the environment

Delivery method:
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracked service).

Shipping cost:
Free UK shipping on all orders.

Dispatch time:
I aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 days. During busy periods or new drops, dispatch may take a little longer. If that happens, I’ll always keep you updated.

Tracking:
You’ll receive tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

Returns

I hope you absolutely love your piece, but if something isn’t right, I’m happy to help.

You can contact me using the form at the end of this page.

Returns are accepted if:

• You contact me within 14 days of receiving your item, and

• The item is returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, and safely packaged).

Returns are not accepted for:

• Custom orders (anything made to your requested colours, charms, sizing, or design changes)

Important notes:

• Buyers are responsible for return postage using a tracked service, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• If your item arrives damaged, please message me as soon as possible so I can make it right.

Eco Packaging Promise

I pack every order with care and with the planet in mind.

Your order will include:

• A cardboard box

• Brown paper

• Tissue paper

• Stamped packaging on card (instead of plastic stickers)

Recycling/composting:
Everything in your parcel is recyclable or compostable, except the organza bag, which can be used for gifting or storing

Gift Ready:

Packages arrive gift ready without a receipt inside, suitable for shipping directly to your recipient.

Cancellations / address change

If you need to cancel or change the delivery address, please contact me as soon as possible as I aim to ship in 1-3 days.

• Ready-to-ship items: cancellations are accepted before the order has been dispatched.

• Custom orders: cancellations aren’t usually possible once I’ve started making your piece (as it’s being made specifically for you).

Care Instructions

Your jewellery is handmade and deserves a little extra love to keep it looking magical for longer.

To care for your piece:

• Avoid water (showering, swimming, heavy rain) and remove before exercise

• Keep away from perfume, lotions, hair products and cleaning chemicals

• Store in a dry place, ideally in its pouch when not in use

• Be gentle when putting on/removing; avoid pulling on charms or connectors, roll stretch bracelets on to the wrist

• If your piece includes plated metal components, keeping it dry and clean helps reduce tarnishing over time

Cleaning:
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners or polishing cloths intended for solid silver, as these can sometimes affect plated finishes.
